Windsor Outdoor is the largest independent owner and operator of expressway bulletins in the Chicago market area, the third largest media market in the US.
Windsor was originally founded in 1994 and operated until 2001, when the bulletin assets were sold due to the untimely death of one of the original partners. Windsor re-launched its bulletin presence in Chicago with the build out and acquisition of currently over 60 fully operable expressway bulletin faces. Over the next few months, we plan to build several new, spectacular fully permitted bulletin locations.
To that end, Windsor Outdoor’s commitment is to:

Call YOU to confirm receipt of materials and scheduled installation dates.
