Offered free rides to US Open attendees in branded American Express BicyTaxis to and from the LIRR and Subway station in Flushing to the entrance of the US Open. Promoted American Express card member services and benefits with scripted talking points and promotional DVDs in each BicyTaxi.

Campaign Details:

• 6 American Express Branded BicyTaxi offered free shuttle service from train stations to the Welcome Center at the US Open.
• BicyTaxi drivers were outfitted with American Express branded attire.
• BicyTaxi drivers were given a script of talking points detailing American Express’ card member services and benefits.
• BicyTaxis were outfitted with portable DVD players that ran on a loop detailing card messaging and other services American Express has to offer both existing and new customers.

Results:

• Generated over 500,000 impressions on-site.
