Subject: Starlite Media LLC, InkDots Printing Solutions, Will Squig Design, AccessArt 05.05.2008 It’s a common fact that most individuals have eyeballs. The outdoor advertising industry is more aware of that then anybody. It’s no big surprise that you see billboards for gambling help coming out of Atlantic City, or Pepsi advertised in front of your local grocery store. These things work. They create impressions, they generate sales, and they provide enough consumer engagement and impact to make this one of the fastest growing advertising segments in the world. But aside from the potential revenue, there exists within this realm, a vehicle to help society, groups and individuals. New York based company Starlite Media and InkDots Printing Solutions, a large format printer based out of Houston, devised a plan in which to gain emerging artists national exposure, free of charge. William had this to say about his involvement with Starlite Media: “It is great to know there are supportive companies such as Starlite Media which go out of their way to donate their space to support emerging artists… My work has now been seen by thousands of New Yorkers. I know of no other advertising company out there that goes to such great lengths to support their local artist's community.” In addition to amassive influx of website traffic, through the use of Starlite Media displays, William has also attracted the attention of Sharon Goldberg and Cariya Breemen, partners in AccessArt, a young New York City gallery committed to giving emerging artists professional gallery representation. William’s first New York City solo show will be held at AccessArt (365 W. 36th St.) on May 29th. “In the world of outdoor advertising, we occupy The People’s Space… We are now not only using The People’s Space but also giving it back." Review Starlite Media's Premier Profile:
Starlite Media is a place based out of home advertising company. Starlite Media display units are 6’ x 4’ transit-shelter sized, outdoor units positioned in front of the entrances of supermarkets & shopping centers anchored by nationally recognized retailers.
