New York – Executive Media Network (EMN) today announced an agreement to acquire Corporate Image Media, the nation’s leading out of home media company controlling the advertising concession for the Amtrak trains, in a cash transaction. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Corporate Image Media will become a division of Executive Media Network’s ever expanding out of home advertising company.Corporate Image Media founded in 1999 controls the advertising concessions on Amtrak’s Acela Express, Regional & Commuter trains, in addition to all advertising opportunities in the Club Acela First Class Lounges and also has the advertising rights to the Northwest Airlines WorldClubs, KLM Airlines Executive Lounges, and the Alaska Airlines Boardroom Clubs. Steve Feder, President of Corporate Image Media, will become the new President of Executive Media Network.
