Minneapolis-based GSA Media has been named the exclusive provider of static pump-top advertisements at Wal-Mart-adjacent gas stations nationwide. The deal represents nearly 33 million impressions monthly at more than 825 gas stations across the country. Currently, GSA Media has more than 10,000 gas station partners nationally, making it the largest provider of pump-top advertising in the United States.
“As the exclusive seller of static advertising at these stations, GSA Media will be in a position to help national brands reach even more people, particularly Wal-Mart shoppers, as they go about their daily routines,” said Lisa Bittman, GSA Media’s general manager. “Whether a company wants to reach consumers in a particular market or to reach shoppers by the millions on a national basis, GSA Media will be able to do it.” GSA Media was recently spun-off from Brite Media Group’s indoor advertising division, enabling it to focus solely on gas station pump-top marketing.
