Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, a retail/entertainment complex at the heart of Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV, in conjunction with Chariot Media America comprise a proactive and innovative customer service model. The indoor mobile advertising campaign team consists of four branded segway units which represent the entire facility of 170 specialty shops, numerous restaurants and live entertainment. The mobile customer service representatives will provide directions to over 38 million tourists who visit by offering general directions, information for the facility, and serve as ambassadors for this ongoing campaign.
