 Country radio station 98.5,which is owned and operated by press communications in Neptune, New Jersey, hit the streets for a month long mobile marketing campaign. The mobile ad launched on Labor Day, August 23, for a 4 day per week campaign (thurs-sunday) 5 hours per day. The radio station utilized Red Penguin backlit, scrolling mobile billboard to inform the public about 98.5's new morning show host. On week 1 of the mobile campaign the target market was the Tom's River, New Jersey area- 10-3pm and week 2 Brick, NJ area- 4-10pm.  Red Penguin's professional staff set up customized geographic routes based on the towns requested (Tom's River and Brick, NJ). The branding machines drove slowly through heavily traveled roads and posted in busy areas such as movie theatre parking lots and large retails shopping centers.  The brand ambassadors handed out a variety of promotional items to interested pedestrians. The radio station broadcasted utilizing the external pa system announcing the new show host.
