TrashTalkFCM - Rubio's Timing 5 Consecutive Weekends Objective Raise awareness for Rubio’s and drive traffic to restaurants throughout Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego). Distribute coupons valid at all Rubio locations and branded Sarongs to create excitement and leave a “sea of green” on the beaches. Markets Southern California Elements 3 Groups of 3 Segways/Street Teams offered exposure in each of the target markets on 5 consecutive weekends surrounding various events, concerts, malls, beaches and store locations for 6 hours daily. Results: Generated more than 3M impressions and distributed 100,000 Sarongs and 125,000 Coupons. Restaurants repeatedly reported ‘lines out the door’ and 5,484 Coupons were redeemed over the course of the campaign. Rubio’s saw a redemption rate of 4.38% -- 365% greater than the industry average of 1.2%.
