AUGUSTA, Ga.‹ Ken Guy has been named the national operations director of Fairway Outdoor Advertising. The announcement was made today by Mark Moyer, president of Fairway, and is effective Nov. 1. ''Ken has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the outdoor advertising industry, and has consistently performed at a high level,'' Moyer said. ''He is familiar with the Southeast region and will enhance our operations company-wide.'' Currently, Guy is the lease manager for Fairway in Chattanooga, Tenn. His career in outdoor advertising spans more than 20 years. Guy previously served as the lease manager for Clear Channel Outdoor in its Chattanooga office for seven years before joining Fairway. Prior to that, he was the regional operations manager for 11 years at POA/Universal Outdoor. Guy will oversee operations for the 10 offices of the five Fairway divisions in six states. He will continue to work from the Fairway branch office in Chattanooga. Headquartered in Augusta, Fairway Outdoor Advertising has branch offices in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee. Fairway also provides services to clients in Virginia and Alabama.
