Monday July 9^th, the day of the home run derby in San Francisco DHL sponsored free rides to baseball fans. The Moscone Center in San Francisco was buzzing with activities for baseball fan from early morning.

From noon until 8pm DHL sponsored free rides with DHL wrapped taxis all over town. We had 12 wrapped London Taxis at the event and through-out the duration of the campaign the taxis were out running on the streets with passengers.

In order to promote the free rides we had hired a street team. The street team was wearing yellow DHL shirts making it easy for the drivers to spot the team members when they were waving for a taxi. The news about the free rides quickly spread so in the end everybody was waving for the free taxis.

The event was a huge success among the public and everybody knew that the rides were courtesy of DHL.
