![]() London Taxis of North America (LTNA) formerly known as London Fleet is back in action and expanding their markets with the world famous London Taxi. Since the majority buyout by Manganese Bronze Holdings (MBH), owners of taxi manufacturers LTI Vehicles in England, in June 2005 LTNA has done a complete overhaul on the business model and re-staffed the entire office with industry leaders in each of their respected fields. Adrian Banks Chief Operating Officer said, “LTNA’s number one priority is to re-establish our superior product along with delivering great customer service to both our advertising clients and taxi companies.” Since the buyout, LTNA has brought the advertising and technical support functions together as a team under one roof in West Chicago. This merger has enabled LTNA to refocus and grow their business model. One of the main advantages this brings is support to the taxis. John Doorn, Customer and Technical Support Engineer said, “Being bought out by MBH our vehicle manufacturer, now enables us to give greater support to our taxi partners, keeping them on the street so enabling advertising for our clients.” With traditional advertising not being as effective as it once was LTNA offers two proactive approaches to advertising. The first is a point to point outdoor moving vehicle, which acts as a full service taxi grabbing the attention of thousands of people each day in a designated demographic area. “I have driven wrapped vehicles and the London Taxi definitely gives one of the best hits per demographic number I have ever seen,” says Jeff Colaianni, Advertising Sales Director. The second proactive approach is using the taxi for strictly Event Marketing. LTNA designs campaigns strategically planned around company specifications. Some examples include new product launches, sporting events, conventions, courtesy rides or product distribution. LTNA has effectively executed Event Marketing Campaigns for DHL, Microsoft, McDonalds and AMD amongst others. Currently LTNA have limited numbers of vehicles available for wrap advertising in San Francisco, Las Vegas, The Chicago Suburbs, Dallas and St. Louis. LTNA has also announced plans for a fleet of cars in Orlando and Houston for Holiday Advertising Campaigns which are already being widely received by their clients. They do, however, have vehicles available for Event Marketing in any market.
