 PayDay PERX™, a non-traditional OOH company in Columbus , OH recently completed a placement of $30.00 coupons for tax preparation services giant H & R Block on over 4 million employee paychecks, direct deposit slips and W-2 forms across the country. The campaign ran from January through March. According to Dana Bromberg, CEO of PayDay PERX™, “Like all marketers, H & R Block was looking for a highly targeted means of getting to their key customer at a time when tax preparation and early tax rebates were top of mind.
