SEATTLE – Lorenzo Leslie Rhodes, wanted for Armed Robbery in the 1st Degree, was apprehended earlier this last month. Rhodes was suspected of robbing a Seattle jeweler.

In an effort to enlist community support, BIGink and GoMobile Advertising donated a

billboard o to Crime Stoppers that ran on a mobile advertising vehicle until Rhode’s capture.

Two of these pro-bono billboards had already been used to successfully aid in the capture
of criminals in the past. In one situation, a fugitive turned himself in due to “an increased
pressure of seeing his face in a number of areas, including on the mobile advertising
vehicle” said Myrle L. Carner, Director of Law Enforcement Services for Crime Stoppers of
Puget Sound.

In all future cases, Crime Stoppers will continue to enlist community support through Go-
Mobile Advertising. Community members can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-Tips with
anonymous tips. All calls are strictly condential and callers will never have to give their
names.
