![]() Bicytaxi NYC, a New York based company constructed the CHASE +1 FACEBOOK.COM Pedicab campaign. The 4-week regional campaign went mobile in the following markets: New York, Boston, Washington, DC, Philadelphia, Chicago, Ann Arbor, MI, State College, PA and Columbus, OH. The goal for the Bicytaxi NYC pedicab campaign was to target, promote and invite students to sign up for Chase’s +1 Group on Facebook.com. Chases +1 is a credit card/loyalty program with special advantages for college students that reward them for doing good deeds. Points can be earned individually and shared with friends or grouped together to buy items.
Bicytaxi offered free rides compliments of Chase to college students on 17 college campuses to raise awareness and promote enrollment in the +1 Group. Brand Ambassadors/drivers were outfitted in branded apparel and distributed postcards with additional information on the +1 Group and promoted a sweepstakes. The Bicytaxi's traveled to and from the campuses, dorms, and fraternity/sorority houses. As a result to date, 70,000 students have already enrolled in the program. There was positive feedback from the students, universities, and the program has been published in nearly all college newspapers for added exposure. View Bicytaxi NYC Premier Member Profile About Bicytaxi BicyTaxis have fast become a common sight in many environmentally-conscious cities worldwide. Because our cities are becoming increasingly crowded and busy, we must consider new and innovative concepts in order to maintain, or even improve, the quality of life for residents. Bicytaxi is the ideal solution to these problems as it ecologically and efficiently reduces urban emissions and therefore pollution. Urban transportation is enhanced through a flexible and reliable mobility system. Bicytaxis, however, are not only excellent means of transport for urban areas but also excel at events. They may further be used as a shuttle service and are, of course, one of the best and most effective advertising media in the outdoor sector. |
