Lozier joined Wilkins in 2004 and has worked closely with Robert F. Oliver, who served as C.F.O. for 17 years before retiring in 2006. Lozier chairs the Fiscal Steering Committee and has been member of the company’s Executive Committee for the past two years.

At the head of the company’s financial functions, Lozier will manage the Accounting and Finance staff and maintain an ongoing financial dialog with the company’s client base. He assumes the direction and management of the company’s financial obligations, responsibilities and assets. Lozier will also continue to serve on the company’s Executive and Fiscal Steering committees.
