Sales Manager – Outdoor Billboard Advertising
Currently we are seeking qualified candidates to fill our Sales Manager positions located in various markets.
Manage a team of Territory Reps that sell and manage the day-to-day relationships with clients, assuring the team executes on both individual and divisional goals.
Job duties and responsibilities are:
Recruitment, selection and training of territory reps.
Creating, maintaining and executing a strategic sales plan.
Developing forecasting goals.
Develop and manage sales budget.
Position requirements:
3 – 5 years experience in sales of advertising products, outdoor billboard experience preferred.
Lead by example management style.
